        Just constructed a custom home and bought a new fireplace mantle from Precision worth 4K. It developed a huge crack within a couple of weeks. We've been trying to contact the company since then and have go no concrete response at all. After calling and emailing 4 times, the manager- Howell- gave an appointment time to come look at it. But never showed up. Still trying to reach out to them without success. I would not suggest working with these guys at all. Update: after my review, Precision did send a crew and fixed and replaced the fireplace stone. Thanks guys!
