Lone Legacy Automatic Gates

Had been having issues with electric gate opening and closing. Called Lone Legacy at noon and they were here at 1:30 with all the right equipment. The technician explained everything and went though pricing with us before doing any work and finished in a timely manner. Will call again!

I don't normally post these these types of things, life is too busy, but I can not say enough about Lone Legacy, they were very responsive, came out within 24 hours, Miguel was actually not just on time, but early!! He identified the issue and had the gate running in 30 minutes. They are worth every penny! I will delete every gate repair guy in phone(I have several, none of which are reliable), Legacy is the real deal....Thank God I finally found a reliable gate service company...the only question I asked myself today, was why has it taken me 10 years to find these guys. All our neighbors have gate issues and not one person has a solid contact to repair them...that isn't the case as of today. Service: Automatic gates

I experienced issues with my automated swing gate not closing correctly. I had another company come out and they made adjustments but the problem returned. I called Long Legacy and they answered all my questions and gave suggestions that would correct the issues. The service technician came out the next day. He was very knowledgeable and carefully showed me the specific problems ( should have been seen by the previous company). He was very customer oriented...excellent in explaining what the issues were and then fixing the problems. I highly recommend Lone Legacy for any repairs/installation on automatic gates. They are honest, experts in dealing with automatic gates and perform quality work at a reasonable price. I will use them again without question when needed! Service: General repairs & maintenance

I hit my gate off with my car. This company came to our rescue. Jeff was here and finished the job in one and a half days, even with a broken thumb. He was professional. Jeff was on time and he explained what he was doing. He cleaned up and put everything back. I completely recommend this company because of their professionalism and their quality of work.
