        So many great reviews, a cordial salesman, a competitive price and my personal experience and recommendation convinced my friend to sign up with Southland and put down a deposit. If you are in a time crunch to get your project done, Southland may not be your best choice. A promised 4 week turnaround turned into a nightmare. 10 weeks later my friend was facing the decision of having to lose her deposit due to their non-performance. More excuses, no compromise, deposit lost. They took no responsibility for their lack of performance. One bad project wiped out all the good they had done before. I will not recommend them to a client or a friend again. It was not a good experience.
