Great experience from start to finish. Brian was a big help getting the ball rolling with the initial estimate and even helped temporarily secure the downed fence sections until the new fence could get installed. Installation crew was very professional and experienced. I would highly recommend Superior Fence & Rail of West Houston.

Superior Fence and Rail of West Houston replaced our shared backyard fence. The cedar planks are gorgeous and the installation is fantastic- the fence looks great! The installers were very nice and professional, and they got it completed in one day. They asked questions of myself and the neighbor, to ensure all parties are on the same page. Frank was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. We are very pleased with our experience with this company.

We had a section of fencing installed which combined plain pickets and also "board on board". It turned out very nice. Bertha communicated with us very well throughout the entire construction process - including the scheduling changes and delays due to adverse weather conditions. One minor correction needed to be made after the fence crew had gone offsite and it was done in very quick order. We were very pleased with the quality of the fence and would definitely use Superior Fence & Rail again for any fencing needs. UPDATE! About a year after installation, we noticed that one of the posts that had been installed seemed to be leaning "towards" our backyard and was no longer straight and plumb. I called the closest Superior Fence & Rail office in our area and they scheduled someone to come out and look at the issue. After looking at the particular fence post in person, a decision was made by the company to replace it and did so at no additional cost to us. Superior Fence & Rail, in my opinion went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. That is a rare thing today! They also performed the work in a timely manner and coordinated with me to set up a time to do it. I am impressed with the leadership of this company and their dedication to customer satisfaction. 2/27/24 Please see additional attached photos - "before fixing " is the 2nd photo" and "after fixing" is the 3rd photo showing the replacement post and reattached fence.
