I arrived at pickup walked straight to the car and was outta there in 7 mins! No lines . No contracts to sign etc due to emerald isle. I returned having to be on a stand by flight and my return time was 10pm. I spoke with Emad advising that I might not get on flight and asked that my contact stay open until 10pm. He was very patient, tentative, helpful and understanding! Its rare to find great customer service like this now a days. Everyone is just in a rush to get job done, but not Emad. Im thankful for him being in place Saturday to help me! National you have a great employee in him representing your company!

Appreciated the ease of using the Emerald Aisle and choosing my own car upon arrival. It was a smooth process from pick up to car return!

Service was efficient, quick and agent provided greeting and additional information on exit from rental car centre. Only issue was low tire pressure (warning light) on back drivers side tire. A bit anxious while driving on freeway until I could get to a service station air compressor to top up tire pressure.

Mr. Moepeek (claims to be the manager???) - The rudest one - discriminates the customers. Treated very poorly. His own coworkers apologized profusely. He should be fired. Filed a complaint with National. IAH people are great, except this rude, disrespectful and discriminatory guy. He hesitates to give his business card because he knows people will write on him. His staff are way better than him. I am pretty sure others are giving a 4 or 5 star because this crazy one wasn't managing the location during that shift. I am the unlucky one and had to wait 2 plus hours to get an exchange car.
