I always look forward to the Tuesday special like a mid point made it to Wednesday time to go home prepare for another day, type of thing. The sprankle season is a requirement for me , peppers have to be fresh not dried, then you have to add honey on the biscuits why complain if your adding biscuits and season the biscuits where cold and the season appeared wet , one more chance before I change location or give church's another try on Tuesdays!

I'm from N.O. born and raised but this POPEYES is not doing my city right, (worst POPEYES ever),. Poor service,poor food quality. POPEYES CHICKEN should always be hot not like it's been there since 9am and it's 7pm.....

I was disappointed with the shrimp tackle box. The shrimp were like popcorn shrimp but with the inedible tails still on. And about half batter. But the mac & cheese and biscuit were good.

Super slow service. Sat in the drive though for 22 minutes. Got my order and realized I was missing a large mashed potato, went inside and had to wait another 10 minutes. Was given a bag and went home. Given the wrong thing, again. So not only did I sped almost 35 mins for food, it was wrong.

Third time coming here at 7PM and every time they either have the excuse they do not have items or their items are frozen and cannot serve them at the time. Employees seems to definitely not want to attend or help you. This store needs some serious new management and new training etiquette.
