This location has taken advantage of technology in order to place your order directly on the screen as other establishments have done the same. I find this to help alleviate any errors in a order that someone you are speaking to might possibly got wrong.

Everytime I order through the kiosk, I have to thoroughly check our orders make sure they got it right and didn't miss anything. I've order black bean chalupas, at one time, got home and it had meat in it, instead of black beans. It was also greasy and smelly. They constantly forget our drinks and asked what size and flavor, they forgot about my cinnamon twists and when there was the caramel apple empanadas. I'll just make an extra trip to the Shadow Creek Pkwy location from now on. This location won't be around much longer if they don't get it together.

The filling in my soft tacos were smaller than my index finger and my beef burrito had too much rice and very little meat. The meat only went 1/3 through the burrito and the amount was very little in that small area. This is ridiculous Taco Bell.

I hate this place, cuz they are always manipulating the drive thru timer. If u need to ask me to back up or pull forward after I ordered and paid, u failed, & ur timer is trash.

Three stars only because the cashier was nice. The food was typical of Taco Bell but the condiment island was totally empty ... no sauces, napkins, etc. Tables appeared clean.
