Dr Bond is an awesome doctor!! He is never rushed and takes the time to answer all my questions. He is also very thorough. He is totally worth waiting for!!

Dr. Bond is a great doctor. He just has a horrible staff. Wait time before I saw him was more than 2 to 3 hrs. The staff just doesn't care. But you would see medical sales reps. coming and going. The worst part was I was asked to do a blood test almost 2 months ago and no one from the office has called to review my results with me. Called the office and the front desk or whoever answered said they would get back to me once my results are reviewed. Taking the results to my obgyn to review and definitely changing my PCP. Dr. Bond is an awesome doctor but not sure using him is worth the time, money and lack of interest in patient safety and satisfaction.

Sense Dr. Bonds Departue this office has seriously gone down hill. I was a patient of Dr. Bonds for about 30 years. Nothing against Dr. Do. The front office staff can be extreamely rude. Dr.Do and Dr. Nguyen are out of the office for Thanksgiving week and Dr. Bond was there to cover. I called because last week I had been in the office and was sent to another Dr because instead of trying to help me there and take my money without a diagnosis I was still ill the following Monday the 19th. I called the office at 2:30 in the afternoon and requested for Dr. Bond to call me that I needed to speak with him about my condition. He ALAWYS calls back. Well I had a little disagreement with the little girl who answered the phone and BTW she did not give her name, believe me I would remember if she did Id like nothing more then to rat her name out on here. Well she slammed the phone down when she hung up. Needless to say Im very angry Im still in discomfort and Dr. Bond wasnt given my message to call. Like I said before he always called me back. So the only reason I can think of why he didnt is because someone got offended and did not give him my message!!! Not very professional and way to imature to be handling sick people!!!
