Have been with Dr. Hand forca year now and thanks to his great bed side manner and great follow up , I have started doing much needed screening since the 3 yr gap of the Covid nightmare. I will bring my teen daughter to him too.

I have not been to a doctor in 20+ years because of bad experiences. After my father passed away recently, I decided it was time to go get everything checked out. Dr. Hand and his medical assistant were great and made me feel comfortable. They listened to everything and interested in what I had to say. They were both very professional yet personable. Very easy to talk to and explained everything very well.

I love Dr. Hand. He's been my PCP since moving from Alabama to Houston. Extremely kind and thoughtful. He is a great listener and will do whatever he can to help you. They even respond in a reasonable time to messages via their portal. I'd definitely recommend Dr. Hand to anyone that needs a PCP.

Good... Until you turn 65 and have to get on Medicare or a Medicare supplement plan. I can't add recordings or videos to this otherwise I would upload the call where I found out that I could no longer see Dr. Hand, the Primary Care doctor on my insurance plan, because he has now decided not to take any Medicare or Medicare Advantage plans. Because Dr. Hand won't see me now and I have to wait a month after designating a new primary care physician, I am left without a doctor. How can you do this to the elderly? This is both his fault and my insurance company, but Memorial Hermann has been no help. This is everything that's still wrong with healthcare in America.
