This guy is seriously terrible. Trust me when I say this.. stay away. All he cares about is getting through whatever appointment he has. He has zero concern for his patients well being. Literally ZERO. WORST DOCTOR EVER.

I have been going to Dr. Nachimson for over twenty years and he’s kind, patient and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t trade him in for nothing. Well, maybe a million dollars. He’s an awesome Doctor.

Been coming to Dr. Nachimson for years. Everyone is so friendly. Karina his assistant is always so friendly and helpful. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I've seen Dr. Nachimson for several years. it was all great until he joined Genesis Med Group and it all went downhill from there. you can't get a returned phone call. I've left several messages for Karina and Julie (office manager I was told) and no return call for 2 weeks. I saw the doctor in August and asked for MRI for chronic issue that was discussed and was told in October that I have to COME IN in order to get an MRI. Really? if you are the healthcare professional who puts his patient's well-being first, before his desire to bill the insurance, would you really make a patient come in for a face-to-face visit during COVID 19 only 8 weeks after you saw them? for those who never been there it's a huge multistory medical building with hundreds of patients entering it daily and you have to get into elevator and be in a close proximity with others. I tried using the stairs in August only to learn that the door leading to his floor was locked for "security" measures. wheres the logic? it sure wasn't for my security. I've asked repeatedly for the phone call from the doctor for two weeks. no call from the doctor. I have records of messaging through their online portal asking repeatedly that I would like for the doctor to call me DIRECTLY. no call from the doctor. ONLY after TWO weeks of leaving messages and asking repeatedly for the returned phone call do I get a call from Karina telling me the doctor wants to set up a VIRTUAL call. Really? why wasn't this option offered in the beginning if you REALLY care about my well-being? the only logical answer is they get paid more for the in-person visit. so if you want to go to someone who cares about stuffing their pockets with insurance money by all means go there. or if you want someone who cares about your well-being than stay away.
