Diggs & Sadler

I have contacted Diggs & Sadler 4 times over the past 3 months to assist with providing an agreement previously filed and no one has responded to my inquiries. Very disappointed considering they were excellent to work with 12 years ago.

After I Hired Jessica, she would only discuss my case with me over the phone, then she didn't do what she said she would, she and her paralegal ran up my bill doing nothing. When we went to meditation which I didn't want to do, she threaten to withdraw unless I emailed her a proposal which I told her I didn't agree with and then she spent at lot of the time in mediation double billing me while she and her paralegal worked on some else's case. I had to nonsuit without prejudice because I couldn't afford an another attorney running up bill, as she spent several months supposedly writing up filings and documents that where never given to me. She didn't represent me.

I worked with Elyse and she was incredible. She was clear, transparent and accessible. Elyse was knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed and the best way to get it done. Im very grateful to her and would recommend Elyse time and time again.

Ms Rachael Sedita is a great attorney. She fought for me with the successful result which I couldn't believe it. I finally got %50 after paying all my debts. Without her, I think i only get %25 that my ex-wife asked. I truly thank to her and her firm .

Jessica was a wonderful advocate for us. We successfully got our two grandchildren from their respective schools last Friday, without incident. I firmly believe that that would not have happened without her help and, for that, I sincerely thank her! We are having a wonderful time with them. Thanks again for being so efficient, responsive and friendly. I can't tell you how refreshing that is! I am very glad that we were referred to Diggs & Sadler and that we connected with you!
