This location has struck again. A few years ago, they pulled the wrong file and were treating me like some criminal trying to get trial contacts. I knew i had good insurance, but they pulled someone's file that didn't I guess. They finally caught their mistake and offered me nothing, just a "sorry" and asked I take down my negative review. They treat you like an insurance plan, not a human being. I woke up with a swollen eye today and was going to walk in, but I thought I'd be courteous and call before. I called at 1:20, and they close at 4:00 today. They said they can't see me because they're about to close, and that I should go to an urgent care. Unbelievable.

As much as I loved coming here for almost four years, I have to recommend everyone to avoid this place. I purchased glasses from a different store, but ordered my lenses here. The employee asked for my frames so that the lab can cut the lenses for me. After a month of trying to pick up my glasses, I was told they did not have my frames and could not offer me a reimbursement for them since I did not purchase through them. I asked for a refund for the lenses back to my credit card and was told a check will be sent in 30 days. Dr. Cruz is a great optometrist, but it's not worth the headache and now I'm out glasses and money.

I think if you have a insurance,they dont have a interest in that but if you pay from pocket you can get next day appointment.

I visited the TSO Northline location for my annual vision exam. My visit was a super easy process. Angel was extremely professional and polite. He provided exceptional customer service skills.
