Dr Bhakta was absolutely the best eye doctor I have ever seen and I would recommend her to anyone! So pleasant and personable. The only issue I had is that I did not know my insurance didnt cover the contact lens fitting or retinal screening-I had asked when confirming my appointment to ensure that I was in network and confirmed with my insurance that I had a $10 copay for my yearly exam so it was quite a shock to pay an extra $80. Wish I would have been given the info that those tests would not be covered by insurance. The staff was quite nice in explaining this but it was mildly upsetting. It will not stop me from referring others to this practice

I have never been here before and stopped in to ask if they could adjust two of my sunglasses. The prescription sunglasses bent when I recently fell. The kind, efficient staffer bent it partially back and pointed out that doing more to the arm would affect the alignment of the hinge. The frame body itself was also slightly twisted as my face hit the ground. She suggested getting the number and ordering the frame, and she could switch the lenses out. That was a great suggestion! The second sunglasses were a store-bought pair, and she easily straightened them. And there was no charge! "Thank you, MyEyeDr.!"

Communication was poor, I didn't feel welcome, and when they made mistakes, they didn't try to fix them. I never received the callback I was supposed to.
