I made an appointment on my birthday Dec, 16 at 2:20 PM, received my confirmation email and i left work 3 HRS early. When I arrived, they turned me away telling me that they gave away my appointment to somebody else and that "I never answered the phone" to confirm my appointment. I showed them my confirmation email and empty call logs but they still turned me away. No courtesy whatsoever and unprofessional.

Im glad I took the advice of the reviews and tried out myeyedr. Scheduling an appointment was a breeze, they fit me in the same day. Parking is easy literally on their front door. No wait time, the technician that initially took me back was nice and had great customer service, answered all my questions and got the exams done quick. The Doctor was very thorough, had the latest technologies and I was out of there in no time, no upselling or recommending things I didnt need. Estefanie was the greatest at helping choose my new pair of glasses, for my wife and I. She is super nice and is great at what she does. U dont know how refreshing it is to hand over ur hard earned money when u get awesome customer service with a smile. Very happy with the service and professionalism at this location.
