Have been staying here with my wife & infant daughter for the past 3 months & quite surprised by the area overall. Our room is very accommodating (it has 2 full sized beds that is perfect for the 3 of us), a full sized refrigerator & a fairly new stove top. Only thing missing is an oven but am sure that is to remove the risk of any possibility of a fire that could be caused by simply mistaking to turn off the ovens heat before passing out, just a guess. Tho for us responsible cookers, this is a nuisance. But justifiable IMO. This complex offers reasonable rates & those rates are discounted the longer you stay. Not in the most ideal location, the closet grocery store/Walmart is a 30+ min walk, if your unlucky enough to not own your own vehicle. Now moving on to the musical acts in the area...you'll thank me for not giving hype to not 1 of them. TRUST ME, you'll understand why & thank me once your ears are saved from the complete & utter nonsense that would've surely caused irreversible damage...ok, I may be exaggerating but not by much. I have no plans on visiting the area anytime soon & hopefully you'll be fortunate enough to erase this place from your memory/psyche/vocabulary. It's for the best...trust me...take care

We rented a room, got up to the room, and the air conditioner isn't cooling as it should. I went down, told the gentleman at the desk, and he suggested the room downstairs. We went in the room, and it was allot cooler, but very dirty and not fit to be used as a dwelling. Mold on top of walls and ceiling. Fish hook In the curtains..Stains of God knows what all over the walls. Holes in the walls, beer bottle under bed. And the smell! Anyhow, those things don't bother some people, and that's good for them, but we can't stay where there is active mold. My fiance has breathing issues and this wouldn't have been good. So I go back to the service desk and was told that I will not be issued a refund, after being there not even 10 minutes. I understand the no refund policies, I get it....but isn't that policy for the people trying to abuse the system? The ones who will stay there all night, then ask for a refund? We were there for a few minutes....I think I'm entitled to get my money back considering I never used y'all's service that night...you have lost a customer.
