I'm wrighting this email to inform you and be aware of the damage your reseller in Argentina is making to your brand. Thousands of complaints have been filled with customers reporting malfunctions on your air conditioners that are overlooked by the reseller Solnik.
I hope and request you to take action before the damage in Argentina is so profund that no one will ever put trust into it again.
I'm still waiting, almost one month after my purchase, for the technical department to visit my home to take a look at the problem.
