Melange Catering & Special Events provided so much more than just delicious food and plenty of alcohol for our wedding. Besides the usual catering equipment, they provided ceremony chairs, ceremony staging, tables, reception chairs, and linens. Blake worked incredibly well with us and our wedding planner to ensure all these moving pieces fell into place on our wedding day. The only reason Im giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is because the rib-eye carvery station at the reception was not executed the way we agreed upon. The rib-eye was supposed to be carved and served to each guest as they went through the buffet line. Instead, it was pre-carved and served inside a roll (like a slider). We discussed this issue with the owner afterwards and he sincerely apologized and reimbursed us for the mistake. However, this was such a minor inconvenience that only a handful of people realized and did not impact our guests experience. From passed appetizers to dinner to a late night snack (the most yummy and gourmet pigs-in-a-blanket ever), the food was amazing!
