In short, unsatisfied with overall experience. I received my first bill for services rendered more than 1 year after the fact, and after mltiple inquiries. Paperwork frequently misplaced. Did not effectively advocate for client's interests in case. In fact, made certain inaccurate statements without first consulting client. Did not effectively explain procedures. I would have fired her if it wasn't so far into the case that another attorney would have taken us. If selected, proceed with caution.

Working in the legal field, I'm familiar with the "used car salesmen" you encounter when request legal service.  Attorneys are known to accept cases regardless of the outcome, in order to make money.  With my mother recently passing away, and living in California, I've researched the Texas probate laws and was coming across general information that provided no avenue to my legal question.  I finally broke down and contacted Jeannine Flynn, Esq., thinking I was going to have to weed through all of the B.S. attorneys dish out.To my surprise, she gave me some great information and allowed me to save some money by avoid a lengthy probate procedure.  She was extremely pleasant and answered all my questions, even restating her response to allow the information to set in my thick head!If you have any probate questions or issues, I would recommend contact Ms. Flynn!
