So fed up with Briggs from their Service dept to their accounting and billing Departments. They have no internal communication and the lack of service knowledge from their technicians if laughable. I have wasted close to $7,000 to fix a forklift that keeps dying and yet it still is not fixed. The first tech said it was fuel system related and replaced the converter, filter and sensors and a day later it was doing the same thing. They come back out to reassess it and the tech says its a defective LPG converter and replace it under warranty and after it was replaced for the 2nd time in a weeks time frame it was dying immediately after the tech replaced it. And even when I was told it was a warranty replacement they sent me a bill for the part and labor that I had to fight and refuse to pay. They then send out another service tech for the 3rd time and he says its a short in the the engine wiring harness. So we have it replaced for thousands of dollars more and yet it is still dying. We even bought a Used lift from them and have had so many billing and overcharging issues with them. Not to mention the overcharging for labor on their service. Like the tech taking 3 hours to do the service and being quoted and charged for 10 hours. I am fed up with them and the poor service!
