.This is a family own business and the unprofessionalism Dean Span was so ghetto and hood.Im leaving one star because the director call me told me I was not able to be to reapply due one of his employee mistakes.As I stated one I called on last assignment and stated I cannot work the assignment anymore.When I called and text ahead of time.Not fair to me and then Director is no better he didnt even try to listen he just talked over me.Find you another company that professional and the reception is rude as hell also.!!! Really show how much they care for employer .These all fake review.Good day I will look else where.

Bad company to work for internally. If you work there now you better run away quickly. The internal turnover is horrendous. HR is horrible and the management is even worse. If you are a client seeking services you can find better run staffing companies that are Black owned and woman owned. This place isnt it.

I enjoy working for Deans Professional Service. Mr. Ron McDaniel goes above & beyond for his employees. He works with your schedule & he checks in once a week to see how the assignment went & to see if you have any questions about the assignment. He really cares about his employees & I just want to thank him
