Wish I could give it a zero. My brother went here after experiencing numbness in his head and left arm, as well as shooting pains (ya know, the symptoms of a heart attack). We waited for 9 hours total for him to see any type of doctor and this doctor came to the very quick and unreliable decision that muscle relaxants and ibuprofen would do the trick. Still in pain, hopefully the next place we go hell actually get a real medical treatment and not a walking malpractice suit.

If I can put no star it would be great ! So we walk in at 10:30 pm . My brother has chest pain due to metal pipes falling on his chest . He gets triaged within an hour then goes hey report they have results at 12:46 midnight. They are unable to disclose results due to not being in a room . No pain medications , no blood work , no nothing just a chest x ray . He sits here with severe pain in the chest and swelling . The security big boy comes and just picks at us because we are placing our feet up on a chair because we been at work all day ! And he complains because the chair is in the way . When there is several people sleeping on the floor due to wait time. Young lady in the fron well in general all of them are rude . They say they cant perform blood work because they are behind ? But they are sitting back there doing nothing all the nurses laugh and joke like these sick people want to be here all night. Very horrible horrible place to come visit at all for ER dont come here they dont care . On top of that the last time I was here with my mom her nurse pulls the iv out and it broke in her vein causing blood to go everywhere . They are disrespectful and rude they have no patient compassion at all you cant even sit here comfortably without having police wanna be pick on you for feet up and these nurses dont care at all !!!!!!!
