I had Frank perform some electrical work on my circuit breaker box. Prior to his arrival, he kept me updated on when he expected to be at my house. Once he arrived, he explained the installation and walked me through how to operate the new device he installed. I have no hesitation in using his service again and will recommend him to anyone needing an electrician.

I had an excellent experience with Norris Electric. I had a short, and they were able to come out promptly, diagnose the location of the short, and repair it in a very reasonable amount of time and for a reasonable price. They also explained everything every step of the way. I would not hesitate to call them again.

Called Norris Electric to check out my electricity to get my house ready to sell. Guy said he’d be out in the morning to take a look and give me a quote. At 12:30, I get a text saying that he’d need a two hour minimum of 89.50$ with nothing said about his missed appointment. Thank god I had someone else on the back burner and they’re reliable. Do not recommend.

I hired Norris electric to help with a bunch of work at my mother's house. They installed light fixtures and chandeliers, installed a dimmer switch, and fixed some of the sloppy work that had been done by the original home builders. They were very communicative throughout the process and we are very pleased with the final results.
