Very happy with the service I received from Harmony Electric, Raul the technician, Dennis the one in the office and the lady who answered the phone. All polite, professional and never once just tried to upsell me on some gadget or service I didn't ask for, came and answered my question did an Install and thanks information he gave me I'm already planning to have them out again to repair a ceiling fan.

Called to get a quote for car charger/nema plug. I was told by the office that an electrician will call back to go over the details of the project. I did receive a call back and mid conversation the electrician hung up and never called back. Based on the reviews, it doesnt look like I am the only one who experienced this.

Great electrician (Raul) and great company. First, responsive in answering my call and setting an appointment up at a set time the next day (no waiting at home from 9-5 hoping someone will show up in a time window). I had 8 electrical outlets that stopped working suddenly and the issue was solved after some detective work. Also had an outdoor flood light with issues....fixed in 5 minutes. Raul was my technician and will ask for him again. Thanks Raul! Thanks Harmony! Wish other services were as professional and responsive. Just used Harmony for the first time and will definitely use again.  Lady who took my call was friendly and helpful Electrician came when he said and called ahead. He was very helpful and attentive and got the job done at a competitive price.
