        West Oaks Ckeaners is absolutely horrible I first went there and they were not open on time. Went back saw the girl count my clothes with a attitude. When I go back to get them they have marked my ticket with 7 pieces instead of 8. The dress I was supposed to wear Easter was in the clothes that I got cleaned however the dress was missing when I got home. Went there today the same girl claims it never happened. Now they have blocked my number. DO NOT GO HERE

        This dry cleaner lacks professionalism. The staff, particularly the gentleman at the front, appears disinterested and consistently arrives late. Despite claiming to open at 9:00 AM, they are still closed at 9:30 AM on a Saturday. As a busy professional, punctuality is crucial, and the constant unreliability makes this the worst dry cleaner I've ever experienced. I would rate it 0 stars.
