Memories Gown Preservation - Houston, TX

I purchased a memories gown preservation kit from Bed Bath and Beyond. They filed for bankruptcy and the preservation company would not honor my purchase as they claimed bed bath and beyond never paid them and they never received the money I paid for the service when I made my purchase. They said therefor I had two options 1.) to pay again for the gown preservation or 2.) to pay for them to mail back my wedding dress I sent to them. I paid for the preservation as I felt like my hands were ties and I wanted to make sure to get the dress back. I would like to get my money back. I should not have to pay for a service twice.

I received the wedding dress from my cousin who used this service when she had her wedding 10 years ago. I unsealed the box and the dress looks good as the day she brought it. No yellowing. No Smells. Clean! A bit wrinkled but thats bc the dress was tucked into the box. This is a true test to the process of their cleaning and sealing. I am having the dress resealed again and hopefully to one day pass it onward.

I recommend only sending Davids bridal gowns to them because obviously they dont know how to take care of expensive gowns. Services: Wedding gown preservation, Wedding gown cleaning

I sent my dress to this company over a year after my wedding and they did an amazing job! The instructions were clear and they sent it back so fast. It looks stunning and was packaged so beautifully. I am SO glad I did this and will recommend them to every bride I know! Thank you! ,,
