        I dont remember exactly when but probably two years ago when I sent them my wedding dress and they damaged so much spots in my wedding dress and they didnt even get it done not washed not wrapped not boxed they returned it all dirty and wrapped. I contact them and I told them you guys need to fix it. They told me to go and have it and I send them the estimate they were supposed to send me a $500 check and send that I call and no one answers or call back

        *Purchased through Davids Bridals website* I received my dress back quickly and they displayed it with my veil beautifully in the box, which is vacuum sealed.
