The only place I go for my clothes to get clean customer service is always beautiful the people are nice. The price is a real reasonable the best place in Houston don't kill what part of town. I stay I'll always go to his cleaners

This was a terrible experience. the older male with the glasses refused to serve me. i asked him to help make a robe larger for a gift i wanted to give. it just add extra inches to widen it and he refused to do anything. i had another robe that i cut in half trying to do alterations myself and he wouldnt even sow it back together for me after i begged to pay him for the service. if your black please dont shop here. i strongly feel the terrible service i received was race based and i feel terrible even now ! the weaponized incompetence is what got me. cause how can you not sis a garment back together ? at an alteration shop? i hate it here!

Needed to cut a few inches of length off of three pairs of shorts and one pair of pants. Quick and smooth transaction, quality tailoring. Price is in lime with all other alterations shops I've dealt with.
