        We brought our very expensive items here based on the reviews. We were assured by an employee that they could handle the job...we went through item by item. Picked up my items and everything was ruined. Went back to speak to the manager and she acted as if nothing happened. Told us that we would be lucky if she even refunded money and there was nothing she could do. You had to be a fly on the wall to witness how we were spoken to when trying to come to a solution. This is probably a great place for everyday wear but not for items you cherish.
