Walgreens

We tried to transfer my wifes prescription from Kroger to this Walgreens on a Thursday. It was supposedly completed and received a message Friday morning that it was ready for pickup. We went to pick up her medicine and they said they had no record of her prescription. Poor customer service, the young man there working didnt apologize, just shrugged and said he didnt know why they would have sent us the message. He took the information to transfer, again, and were still waiting two days after requesting transfer. Its obviously been processed though because now we cant even get the refill from Kroger.

They sell expired things!!! Last week I went to buy some vitamins I decided to buy two bottles just so I wont have to go back again for more, turned out both of them expired on july of this year!!!! Sorry but thats too much!!! Now I can't return them cuz I lost my receipt but that is just disgusting!!!

I have been going here since it opened decades ago. This store has bent over backwards with providing the best customer service to me and everyone I see around me. Imho if someone has a complaint, they came in the store with a bad attitude to start with. Thanks for decades of great service. Profiling lol ...look at neg reviews like friends of friend put out hate job. The pharmacy has great caring people. Sure you may have to wait ...they get busy at noon and after work. Sorry I have used cvs...nope nope.

i went to purchase items at the store, i wanted to get digital receipt, i still have not recieved it. its been an hour and half. I called to see if they can send it to my email, they couldnot. smh , I have to come back to store to get printed receipt.
