Called about my online order. Lady who answered transferred me 4 times to the pick up order gentleman. I even hung up and called back & she transferred me for the 5th time and STILL NO ANSWER. I place orders weekly and there's always an issue. I always make sure I edit to show only stock items at the store before I place my order and the substitution but there's always an issue with availability or a coupon. It's ridiculous that I had to be transferred 5 times & I hung up for the 2nd time since all I was doing was wasting my time.

This is the issue I reported to their website. But first let me say I love the morning crew at this store but at night NO! To Walgreens- Greetings, This is a formal complaint on the staff at the Stella Link@ Braeswood Houston, Texas location. My daughter and I just left your store without our purchase due to the lack of professionalism of the entire staff mainly the male who identified himself as the manager. When we walked in there was a lot of chatter between him and another associate in the photography department. When I looked over the female was caught moving her camera away from the direction of my daughter. She began laughing loud with the manager as if to change the subject. I didnt want to accuse them so I kept it moving to check out. As we made our way to check out the manager and same lady made their way to check out. I asked the manager could we check out as a customer was having an issue. My daughter noted that there were three people but only one working. The manager said he was the manager and he doesnt touch a register and hes proud of it. She said a manager that doesnt work. She felt he and the lady with the braids were mocking her even though I never mentioned to her what I caught the cashier doing. When we saw the smug attitude we left. Please rectify this issue No one should experience this behavior.

I have been to the store and pharmacy a few times. The store is nice and clean. The pharmacy crews are great!
