There is trash and old mechandise scattered all over the outside of this property. This is a disgrace and would not exist in any other neighborhood.

Never open during open hours and it super hot inside

Unreliable and unprofessional. Despite the hours posted on the door that state that they are open until 9pm, this location closes anywhere between 8:30pm and 8:45pm. The employees simply lock the door and hide until closing OR (if you're lucky) they stay visible and just ignore you .
Update: it's Friday morning 8:30am. All signs posted on the outside of the business state that business hours are from 8am to 9pm. There is a car in the parking lot, the lights are on, but the doors are LOCKED. I tried knocking- no answer. I tried calling- no answer. After 15 to 20 minutes of waiting (now a small crowd has formed) an employee (I use that term loosely) emerged from the store and opens the door to say that she isn't open. When asked when the store would be open, she simply replies "when fix my computer" and continues to walk to her car. To say that this lady was unprofessional and rude would be the understatement of the year. I really hope this location can get it together. First step is getting rid of these useless "employees". If you pull up to this location and see this vehicle parked outside, just turn around she's rude and not very helpful.
