Dr. Rishi Hingorani, DO

Ive been going here for about 2-3 years now and the front desk Lady( light skin woman with short hair) is REALLY rude, I know for a fact Im not the first to say this, she is very unprofessional. I scheduled a appointment with them a little over a week ago and they got the whole appointment messed up and said I scheduled something different when I know I did not, instead of just giving me the appointment I asked for, the front desk lady argued me Down saying I scheduled something else. Very unprofessional and now I just got a letter saying Im not welcomed back all because they gave me the wrong type of appointment. Unprofessional

BEST CARE EVER!! Nikki, NP and Loyce have been so welcoming and helpful. Im able to comfortably reach out to them for any paperwork, refills or simply questions. They make you feel like family and answer any questions, needs you may have on a timely manner. Nikki is so good at communicating and explaining your health in a way you could understand. She is so CARING and goes the extra mile for you and I couldn't be more thankful I honestly recommend them 120%. You won't be disappointed!

1. When making the appointment I was put on hold for up to 15 minutes while they figured out whether my insurance card (that's part of their network) was valid or not. Surprise, It was! I had scheduled another appointment just prior to that! 2. They do not inform you that you are required to wear a mask or they will deny service before you come in. (having to wear a mask is understandable, not being informed is not) 3. What's worse, they charge you for the mask! 1 US Dollar for a cheap mask that's purchased in bulk from any store. 4. They ask you to sign a notice of privacy acknowledgement without giving you said notice of privacy. The office lady disappeared before I could ask her about it and did not come when I rang the bell. She was laughing and talking with coworkers from what I could hear. I did not end up meeting with the Dr. Rishi because of this. BE WARNED. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

Great Doctor, nurse practitioner, and staff. They actually listen and give you answers or refer you to specialist who actually work with you. Can't express how greatly I'm appreciated with him and his team for taking care of me and getting my health manageable. I've always struggled with doctors not hearing my issues and just looking at my age, and never would get the proper care, but not here. Be patient with them and they will listen to you and take care of you. Thank y'all again for these past years of patient care! Again highly recommend, Dr. Rishi has a soft nature and respectful, his nurse practitioner Ms. Nikki is someone who ultimately goes above and beyond, and cannot leave out Ms. Lois super gentle and lovely human being. Can't express again the gratitude i have for his team!!

So, I got assigned to Dr. H. by my insurance company and I went because I hadn't changed my PCP. I actually saw his partner at the time (who I didn't like), but I went back and they told me I saw the wrong doctor the 1st time (he's no longer there). That was probably 8 years ago. Dr. H. is by far the best doctor I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. His P.A. Ms Basey is a treat, and let's not forget Louis and Lisa. I cannot recommend him enough. He takes the time it takes to get to know his patients, and works with you to better meat your health goals. 11/10. Thanks guys, I'm proud to call you my friends.
