The worst clinic I ever been apart of, I'm convinced they want to harm people more than they want to help. Thanks to them losing my paperwork I was without meds for a year, they called back after to try to get me back on but I went to legacy. I tried to return to care again with them after moving out of state and returning, and yet they still mess up. Told me to go to ahf in Westheimer on Thursdays for free treatment . They were closed. Now, I'm in the hospital thanks to a dumb receptionist with incorrect information. They are beyond incompetent and you should just try legacy or somewhere else that actually cares about patients and doesn't treat them like a number. They should be sued for gross incompetence/negligence

Everyone is kind and caring enough. Its nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone. The pharmacy doesnt communicate with the medical staff so Im often left without my meds because of refill authorization. Every time I have an appointment Im sitting by myself in an examination room for minimum 2 hours. Could use some significant improvement

Mayra from benefits department is the worst. Forgets about patients and does not care if you have your meds or not. This whole place forgets about you. Why I changed doctors.

Each and every single interaction with this place is daunting and frustrating. They do not care about you as a patient. They have no regard for your needs as far as mental health or medication. Just alone today, I have been waiting over an hour to be seen via telehealth appointment for an appointment that they scheduled. So add no regard or consideration for time to the list of reasons to seek care elsewhere. I was told that my refills would not be filled if I did not meet with Dr. Tran yet Dr. Tran has kept me waiting over an hour to meet with him. I will be filing a formal complaint with Ryan White and possibly the Texas Board of Health because this office is always incompetent and theres no communication between the different teams. Changing care can be a hassle and I try to avoid doing so but one gets to a point of peak frustration after constantly dealing with this when trying to fulfill my medical needs.
