Houston Methodist is the best hospital in the nation. The Neurology Department has the best surgeons and medical staff. Dr. Britz is one of the surgeons who makes this hospital the best in the country.

Not only did the dr zeenat safdar refuse to do what my appointment was scheduled for. She had me wait around 3 hours to preform her breathing test and refused to give me a work note. Now that Ive been suspended from work, I leave the hospital with my oxygen still at 62 and still no answers towards what causing it for the foreseeable future. AVOID dr. Safdar!!!!

I had such a spot on perfect experience here with my Mom this morning that I had to leave a review. Just for grins I took a stroll through some of the 1 star ones and saw about what I expected which were the inverse of my experience today. The GI doc? Superb and not at all like what the reviews said. The staff (and I mean each and every person I encountered) Likewise. They could not be more polite or try to be more helpful. Oh, they get an A+ for punctuality too. My tip here is if you see a negative review about this place is to take it with a grain of salt. One last thing I learned today: valet. Just do it :)

This hospital does not care about the patients. They are money hungry. Take all your insurance and send you on your way. They call you an out patient then cause they don't want to do their job. Already ran the test you need and then Miss Ono, so called liason, tells you to go somewhere else. What kind of hospital is this?at what point do they do what needs to be done? I think they shucked my sister too soon. They didn't even fix her first. Gave her referrals but you can't even get them to answer the phone. She is all 100 lbs, 61 yrs old, looks 6 months pregnant. They should have the first time but just ran her Insurance days out. Got paid all that money, thousands, and only got antibiotics. 10 days and out. Mr. Owner, I've called the number for 4 hours waiting on that liaison. Thanks for nothing.
