Miss Robertson is a very professional, blunt straight to the point but a very caring person. Tough as steel and warm hearted. Completely 100% transparent, organized and understanding plus open minded. Excellent with communication between her and her staff when dealing with anybody. I've used Carolyn a couple of times. Each time she's been very helpful, explained my options, and suggested the better options. Sometimes there are no good options. Then helped me get the best result. Thus all deals with child support and thus my reluctance to be specific.
