        Hired Kevin, to do help with a parent alienation issue. First, he agreed he could help me . Long story short Wasted $6k+ to go to court for something I could have done through the Texas attorney generals office for free. I also told him that. After confronting him about the issue, he decided to drop me as a client and start charging interest on the amount owed. When hiring the lawyer, you trust that they are doing what you originally asked them for and not trying to switch it on you and do what they want then charge you for it.

        Divorce is never easy. But with Boudreaux, Hunter, and Associates it was less stressful. I felt that I had people who understood me and had my back. They fought for me throughout the entire process. As a father this meant the world to me and I received full custody of my children. They were knowledgeable on the the law, extremely organized, and prepared. I would highly recommend them and I have in a few situations already.         I cannot speak more highly of Kevin Hunter and how he performed in my family law case and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of professionalism and dedication they brought to my case. I have gone thru approx. 6 family law attorneys and Kevin was my first and only good family law attorney experience. In my opinion there are several key elements that set Kevin apart from the rest of the family law legal profession: Great Person: Kevin is an extremely sincere person and attorney and legitimately had my best interest at heart. Calm Demeanor: Kevin keeps a cool head through the process which is extremely important during matters as stressful as family law. Experience and Legal Knowledge: He is a specialist and extremely knowledgeable and experience with family law. Communication and Accessibility: If you need to contact him you can within a reasonable timeframe. Ive had other experience in which I could not get ahold of my attorney for a month. Fair Billing: He was very fair here and the billing is organized and consistent. Again I cannot speak more highly of Kevin Hunter.

      This review is from a person that has never had an experience with our firm. This review is from a disgruntled former client who has negatively reviewed us on Google under several aliases, trying to intentionally and purposely harm our reputation. You are entitled to your opinion, and we have replied to your prior review. However, you are not entitled to tortious interference of business. I highly recommend that you delete this rating immediately or this will escalate to legal action.

Upon being retained for your case, a comprehensive evaluation was conducted based on the information and evidence that you personally provided and your options were presented. The decision to proceed through court, rather than alternative avenues such as the Texas Attorney General's Office, was made with a strategic perspective aimed at addressing the complex issues you were facing. Similar to buying or selling a house, just because people can do things themselves doesn’t mean that they will do it properly and protect their future interests - this is especially true when it comes to the law. Regarding the matter of fees and the subsequent interest charges, these policies are clearly outlined in the client agreement that is signed by all new clients. These policies are standard practice and are implemented to ensure fairness and transparency in our financial dealings - as is required by the Texas State Bar. The decision to conclude our attorney-client relationship was not taken lightly. It's always my preference to see a case through to its resolution. However, under certain circumstances, it may become necessary to reassess this relationship for various reasons, including but not limited to, differences in case strategy or financial disagreements. I wish that our relationship could’ve have ended on better terms, and wish you the best.
