        Unable to get anyone to respond for 3 days. Left message but no call back. When I call I am asked to hold but no one comes back and at 7 minutes on hold, I hung up. And I just wanted to confirm the appointment time and ask if any instructions.

        Made an appointment for a hand x-ray. They called back & stated that no visitors can accompany the patient into the building. This is standard practice & NOT a coronavirus thing. I'm a single parent with a 9 yo. I was told my child is NOT allowed in the facility & it was kinda suggested that "visitors" wait in the car. Apparently St. Luke's diagnostics discriminates against single parents. I cancelled my appointment & made one with Houston Medical Imaging. They understood the situation & allows one visitor & b/c of coronavirus they must wear a mask. Single-Parents don't bother with St. Luke's Imaging.
