I was seen at this office by Dr. Lisa Zhang who is not registered here or does not take after hour calls. She prescribed me a very agressive antibiotic for acne that had many secondary affects. I emailed and called about needing to stop this medicine but there is no urgency from the office staff or doctor to resolve my issue.

5-6 months ago, my father (whom I had referred to Dr. Stern), asked what a lump on his right arm was. Dr. Stern said he did not know. Turns out it was melanoma. (NOTE: I have to add that it did NOT look like any melanoma I've ever seen and I've looked at many, many photos of melanoma since I first came across it in 1972.) Anyway, now it's stage III melanoma. I believe that, if Dr. Stern had cared a bit more, my father's cancer might not have progressed to stage III; we'll never know if that's true. What I DO know is that I am very sorry I ever referred my father to the care of Dr. Stern.

He is always running super late ... They gave me a 9:30 am appointment , the last time i went to his office ... I was there at 9:25 am and at 9:50 am they told me it will be AT LEAST another 45 minutes before i could be seen ... The scheduler reaction when i told her i had to go back to work and i feel my time was not valuable to them , was rude and not professional. She gave me a parking validation and told me i could leave and think about it and call them if i want to reschedule !!! Really ??
I've always waited at least 45 minutes past my appointment time and i was told if i get an early morning appointment, the risk of having to wait for so long would minimize ... That's why i requested for a 9:30 am appointment ... I feel my time as patient is NOT Valued at all .. We all have to go to work and need to be respected with our time ...I wont be going there anymore.
