They called me to inform me I wouldnt be seeing Dr. Sedrak the day of my appointment. I rescheduled and waited an additional 2 weeks and still was not seen by him lol I waited an hour for a rushed visit that I didnt even feel comfortable in. Go somewhere else.

I was scheduled to see Dr. Sedrak. When I arrived, the office told me that Im actually scheduled with the PA. I was disappointed that I was not previously informed of this schedule change before I showed as I wanted to ask the physician specifically about a lesion and would have rather re-scheduled my appointment at another time when the physician could see me.

Just got off the phone with this clinic I should of known by the reviews below that customer service was going to be horrible as stated. I called, Chelsey answered the phone and let me just say she shouldnt be answering phone calls for this clinic just horrible customer service no phone etiquette at all, Ill take my money elsewhere I guess

My wife's experience with the office staff and treatment was poor. She was given a 3 day course for antibiotics and the office did not order the 3 day's of medicine at the same time. So for Day 2 and 3, the medicine was not available at the required time after the 24 hour period from the prior day anti-biotic injection. This is poor planning and not understanding the impact to the patient for potential resistance to the antibiotics due to late injection times. The staff seemed to lack an understanding of the patient's needs.
