We recently had out insurance switch to Kelsey. My previous dr has had me on taltz for the last 4 years. Which has worked perfectly. She proceeds to take out her phone to see if I need a tb shot. Than proceeds to start telling me about other medications that I can use. She recommended to use topicals but I informed her that those did not help me at all. Like I said I have had psoriasis for 4 years, been on biologics for over 2 years with no issues. So needless to say I did not get a prescription, not to mention that I booked this appointment back in November. Took over 2 months to get this appointment only to be told no. So now back to square one with no solution and now my psoriasis is starting to flare up. Whole appointment probably took less than 10 minutes and got to pay a copay for absolutely nothing!
