This store is no longer a joy for me the staff from the managers to the security and cashier's will watch a man mock and talk about you and mess with you when your minding your own business and trying to keep the peace.

This Ross is no good. First of all Ive spent hundreds on here in the past few months of living nearby. Their stock is typically depleted and the store is generally not well put together but I go out of convenience. Now the last two times Ive been Ive had my bike, however they dont have any sort of bike racks or anything that I could attach my lock to. Rather than let me set my bike at the front and shop like usual they tell me no bike as if Im going to ride it through the store or something. No care, no sympathy, just turning me down even as a frequent shopper. Wont go here anybody. The TJ Max nearby is wayyyy better stock and price wise anyways! Oh and P.S. the manager literally just looked at me and looked away as loss prevention denied my entrance. Didnt say a word. Definitely cool with spending my hard earned elsewhere.

I loved the shop. Plenty of clothing, shoes, bags, accessories, home decor at good prices. The employees especially at the fitting room are grim and unkind.
