Dr Otten and the ENTIRE team from the front desk to the technicians are ELITE with professionalism and customer service that is unmatched!!! I've been with this dentist for roughly 16 yrs and I've moved a couple times, I'm now 47 miles away and I REFUSE TO FIND ANOTHER DENTIST closer to home. Why you might ask? I'm NOT willing to sacrifice tremendous oral care and "bedside manners", great customer service, timeliness (the team is on-time and ready when you arrive), flexible scheduling of sevices and the overall patient experience that Dr Otten and his NGD team provides just to save $ on gasoline, traffic and commute time. I spent the majority of the pandemic on the west coast and stilI FLEW IN FROM CALIFORNIA for my 6 month cleaning appts, that's how much this dentist and his team means to my oral health. I'll be here until Dr Otten retires and I'll probably STILL be trying to figure out how I can get on his calendar It's hard to find a great dentist who really cares, has patience and will have your smile smiling If you are in need of a dentist to take EXCELLENT care of your oral hygiene needs, LOOK NO FURTHER, Dr. Otten and the NW General Dentistry team is where you need to be!
