Horrible experience! Scheduling with the answering service was good. Today I go in for my appointments I arrive 10 minutes early for my 2pm appointment. We are called back until 40 minutes later. The dental assistant seemed distracted. For a pediatric office they don't seem to know how to deal with a small child. Guy Lead us to an exam room sat another 40 minutes! Never saw a doctor nor was advised of a delay. Meanwhile a very young small and petite assistant continued to pass by rolling her eyes at everyone and shaking her head. I'm not sure what was going on. Everyone seemed lost and confused! Place is dirty games don't work it is not kid friendly for sure! Find a nicer place for your toddlers! Gross I left I never saw a doctor I was done after an hour and a half! Disgusting!

Bad service!!! Today my two children had an appointment, yesterday they called me to ask me to come half an hour early, once I arrived and registered they did not attend to us until more than two hours later, when they finally took us to the office I realized that no one was there to attend to them, I waited almost an hour longer and no one was there, I think they are taking on more patients than they can actually attend to.

The dentist is very nice , his assistant Caleb so nice with my boy. The dental office very clean and front desk very welcome .

The staff are lazy at communicating and how hard is it to get the fax machine fixed..it took them a whole month to deny my child dental procedure even after his specialist approved him to get the procedure done which was beyond annoying they never have an answer for any question if my daughter didnt have braces I wouldnt ever go back
