Got a root canal and now it has the looming sensation of a dull pain. I know in the future its going to be a huge problem but can't afford to get it fixed.would not recommend going here for anything that invasive

Ive been bringing my son to this dentist since his first dentist appointment. My son is now 3 1/2 years old. A dentist I've recommended to friends and family members before. However, after my previous experience I will not go back. I have to say that I am deeply hurt by the way that the dentist treated my son last time around. She was impatient, rude, and inconsiderate of my sons fear and after this visit my son is even more scared of the dentist than he previously was. The dentist referred to my son as a "she" repeatedly even after I corrected her.. twice. I would not recommend bringing small children to this dentist. I cannot speak on how the treatment is towards older children or adults, but I for one will never come back here.

I’m new in houston and was lucky to find a great Dentist along with a great staff. I was treated with kindness and respect which makes me feel welcome and at ease. The treatment was performed faster than any other place I’ve been to and virtually painless. I also thought the fee for services was spot on. Thank you Dr. Nguyen and staff!! Highly recommend Richmond Dental.

Very professional, caring and gentle dentist. I was originally referred to Dr. Nguyen by a friend which highly recommended her to me. Now I can see why she was so highly recommended. Dr. Nguyen is awesome in every way. I came to her with a cracked molar tooth that was causing me great pain. She went out of her way to fit me in her clinic's busy schedule and I am ever grateful. To be honest I was a little nervous due to a bad experience I had with a previous dentist. She was so gentle and caring I felt totally at ease being in her clinic. Dr. Nguyen is so knowledgeable and she took the time to answer all my questions. To correct my problem she had to extract one tooth and create a 3 unit bridge. The job she did was totally amazing! The new bridge feels wonderful and so natural. I love it! What impressed me the most was how gentle and caring she was with her patients. I know most people don't like going to the dentist! If you goto Dr. Nguyen's clinic, put your worries aside! She is wonderful! Her staff is amazing as well. Do yourself a BIG favor and forget that any other dentist exists! Trust me you want Dr. Nguyen to be your dentist for life!!

If you want a dentist that won’t scare you, and work with you on budget, Richmond Dental is for you. For the past five years I’ve been a repeat customer. As soon as you walk in you’ll notice it is EXTREMELY CLEAN. There is hand sanitizer at the front desk, as well in the waiting area. All of the employees wear masks as well. You can tell Richmond Dental prides themselves in having a cleanly practice. I started coming to Richmond Dental when I was sixteen years old. Of course, we all HATE going to the dentist. But Doctor Nguyen isn’t the normal dentist. She thoroughly explains each and every procedure. Which now I really respect. My first time at the dentist obviously I was very nervous. Only because, before I went to Doctor Nguyen: Dentists just threw me under the light and never helped me understand what was going on. Doctor Nguyen makes it her goal of doing what she can to make sure everyone who leaves her office is satisfied. She also is very flexible with her pricing. For me that is a huge thing because I do not have insurance. Also, she has seen me in an hours notice before. If you’re in pain, she’s going to make the right calls to ensure you’re teeth aren’t the problem. A tooth being chipped or an inflamed/ infected gum is horrible! I’ve had about three or four root canals done by Doctor Nguyen, let me tell you, she’s the best! She isn’t pushy, and always is effective. I also tend to see children of all ages coming to Richmond Dental. The energy is very calming. Each one of the staff including Doctor Nguyen are so caring, and genuine people.
