The front staff is so nice especially Bailey and Adamari and also I appreciate Dr.thorn and Dr.shiva very much they are a fantastic dentist. Now I have to wait 3 months until I see them again Im sad! I love this office so much. They treat me like family

Wish I could give 0 stars. Have never, ever been treated this badly before. Went for a wisdom tooth removal. Didnt get anything done. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT ALL FOUR WISDOM TEETH OUT. THEY WILL TURN YOU AWAY. I had an appointment at 9 am with another dentist that got canceled last minute. Called my dentist (Brident @ Gulf Fwy) and they were able to get me in for this location and told me to head there ASAP to be able to be seen as this dentist had an opening for an extraction. Ive been having pain in one of my wisdom teeth. keyword: ONE Got there by 10:30 am was told to wait to be seen, got sent into a cubicle at 10:50, did not get talked to until 11:45. Dentist did not even have my xrays ready and so they could not proceed with him checking my wisdom teeth. Desperately he sent an assistant to get my xrays done once again. After time passed, assistant told me to go to front office because they were backed up and no longer had free time for me to be seen. Got sent to the front and the receptionist scheduled me to go back at 3:00pm to get my extraction done. I go home, eat and come back only for one assistant to tell me that the dentist wouldn't take anything out today. After waiting another 15-20 minutes, dentist walks in and explains my wisdom teeth situation. Although I get that its preferably to get four out, I stated since the very beginning that I was only there to get ONE wisdom tooth out. It was very clearly communicated since the moment I walked in. After hearing the whole sermon about my wisdom teeth I ask why not only take out the wisdom tooth that is bothering me and that i am asking for? Dentist only answered: "To be more efficient of my time." With that being said, I walked out. It is ridiculous to have someone waiting that long only for them to turn you away because you want only one wisdom tooth out. Like i get the fact we all want money, but being this money hungry is not it. Assistant tried pressuring me into getting all four out and displayed a bit of attitude when I stated I only wanted one out. Even wanted to know why why why I wasnt doing all four. I came here for a service and got nothing in return but a waste of time.

Very professional staffs front desk is very friendly and very helpful I came in for my cleaning and the hygienist was excellent I was very satisfy with my cleaning. Bri the dental assistant was very helpfu and very nice and very gentle while taking x-rays

Help in finance your dental work they are very professional they they care of the patient very attentive I recommend this Dental Clnic Brident excellent and they are bilingual..
