Jefferson Dental & Orthodontics - Houston Dentist

I went into this location for a check up and was greeted very kindly by a beautiful young manager named Luisa who was very helpful with deciding on how payment for my treatment would best work for me. The dental assistant Aniya was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable through the entire experience and from what I could tell did a great job assisting Dr.Vu in my visit. I also got so great feedback and help from the Dental Hygienist, Nancy, on my gums and how to take better care of them. I give their whole staff 10/10 will be doing all my future check-ups here.

The staff & Dentist were kind very conscious of the pain level while I was in the office. However, the dentist only wanted to do work that cost more in the long run & would not even consider doing implants as I requested over the phone when I made the appointment. I expected to be able to get service I wanted from the dentist even though it may not be the choice the dentist would make for himself. Also, when the dentist tells you they will send you home with pain medicine, don't give 800mg ibuprophen. That's an anti inflamatory NOT a pain killer! I've been taking 800 mg ibuprophen for days now & need something stronger. I understand the opiod crisis, but would 10 real pain pills really contribute to the crisis? Or just help someone who's in serious pain get a few days of relief?
