Came to him for a service that required more than one visit but before he could finish I had to go over to his partner dentist in the office (they are the only two in there) to get some other work done. Her services were horrible and I guess because of our inability to click, he for no reason at all asked me to transfer my account elsewhere (if youd like to read that review its under Payumo). I guess since its a small office they discuss everything with each other. So the next thing is their unprofessionalism. When I called to get a printout of services already paid for, his office continued to ignore phone calls and emails so I got my insurance company involved. The nerve to think I dont know my rights. After my insurance got involved, I got a refund check, my printout of services and payments, and a disk with xrays. Guess what??? None of this came to me as certified mail as these were very important documents and could have gotten lost for all to see but yet when they wanted me to transfer services they sent that paper certified. There was no letter attached in the envelope saying what was on the disk or just a professional letter telling me what all was in there. They just stuffed everything in an envelope and sent it off to me. So glad Im with a professional, friendly office now. I've also been informed that my review had a response from this office that I never even bothered to read so here is my response to you Mr. Choudhury. Yes you might see negative reviews a lot because I usually post the negative ones as I don't intend to receive the type of service that was received at that time but thank you for that I think I'll go in and start adding MORE of my positive experiences WHICH WON'T BE YOUR OFFICE. All you should be focusing on is that the information that was put in the review IS TRUE!!!! If it's true but is NEGATIVE then you are the one with the problem!!!!!!!!! It's also pretty weird that you took the time to count all the reviews. Just strange people....

Dr. Choudhury is wonderful. The staff are amazing and very caring. I have had one of the best dental experiences. I highly recommend them.

Something about this office setting and staff hospitality that feels very welcoming...Dr. Choudhury is an excellent periodontist, very knowledgeable, personable and patient explaining treatment plan/s and answering patients questions. Monica and Shay are excellent addition to the team!! They too, provide exceptional service to their patients. Very highly recommend!!
