Not so great experience for me, i came in with 1 tooth hurting and left with the same tooth hurting. Dr. koohbor and the short haired lady at the front desk were very argumentative instead of understanding what i was saying, the communication was poor we were all 3 going back & forth which shouldn't have happened on there end, they were not concerned about my pain at all. i heard him talking very ugly to the lady at the front desk about me when i came right back upstairs after noticing my problem tooth was still in my mouth, after having a tooth pulled, his entire tone changed, he was not the nice dentist i thought he was. I left very disappointed and in severe pain the numbing had worn off before i even made it to the car. There was no way the ibuprofen he recommended was going to calm my pain that was on a level 10. On top of that he kept bothering me with different prices, and coming in with more paperwork for me to review and sign, 2 times my price had changed that he had originally given me for my visit while i was sitting in the chair waiting on the numbing to kick in, i was so agitated. Pricing should be discussed first before any dental work not while a patient is in pain. I did not return for my post-op because I'm still upset about how I was treated! it took literally 3 days after my visit for my tooth pain to fully stop, (it was not from the tooth that was pulled) He was unprofessional and so was the pixie cut haired girl at the front desk, she had no business chiming in to what i was explaining to the doctor. He never apologized nor did he try to check on me after that.

The Doctor Was so great !!!! I love the fact that he explained everything to me before proceeding with treatment Also The young lady in the front with the very cute haircut was very attentive and I appreciate her making small talk with my wife while I Got worked on.

Dr. Koohbor did an amazing job on my root canal and didn't just want the money he warned me about the risks and cared about being honest and concerned and showed me every possible outcome and route we can take and really took his time to fix my tooth and even called me days later just to make sure there were no complications he's the best
