Connect Dental Specialists

On Monday 2/13 I went to get a Maryland bridge cemented since it came off the previous day. Waited two hours and they did it. I went on a trip to Puerto Rico 3 days after that and my tooth came off from me just talking. I spent my whole vacation without a tooth. I contacted them and I went 2/27 to get it cemented again by them and in less than 24 hours today 2/28 @ 6am it came off again from me sleeping. My regular dentist I go to, the past time it fell was after having it on for over two years. I never had to get it cemented twice in a year let alone in two weeks. Then tells me when Im there theres no guarantee it will last days, its not that I dont know how to do my job but clearly thats the case. I never had that issue with my previous dentist. They wanted me to get an implant with them but how can I trust their work when you cant even do this correctly. I will continue my services with Grand Trails Dental. It was a mistake coming here in the first place.

Went this location on Feb 6, 23 and had a visit with Dr. Galanis for a possible root canal and I had to run to write a review because I had such an amazing experience. I was first referred from another dentist and Monica and Fernando made sure that I was checked in and had all the necessary checks first such as blood pressure and xray. Once I was taking to the back I did not have to wait long for the Doctor. She was pleasant and went above and beyond during the procedure to make sure I was comfortable and that it was painless. I would recommend anyone to see Dr Galanis for dental procedures. I would also like to give a big thanks to her staff.

Connect Dental Specialists saved the day for me after Mint Dentistry Greater Heights really dropped the ball. I had an appointment for teeth whitening that was mismanaged by front end staff. Their mistake left me trying to find a facility at the last minute. Connect Dental Specialists was able to get me in same day and accommodate my needs with excellent service. I really appreciated the friendly dentist and wonderful staff. They were professional and thorough, leaving me with wonderful results for 1/3 of the cost of what I would have paid at Mint! I am glad everything turned out the way it did.

I had a appointment for 8 AM waited a hour and nobody showed up. I have never wrote a review in my life but I feel like my time was so disrespected that I had to take the to time to download Yelp and write a review.
