Primrose School of Copperfield

We love Primrose Copperfield! We started when our daughter was two months old and shes now 2.5 with a baby brother who attends now too! They have both learned so much and we truly appreciate the care our children receive from teachers and staff.

We highly recommend Primrose School of Copperfield! Both of our kids (ages 2 & 5) have been attending Primrose since they were ~ six months old. The staff and teachers are caring and gentle, and they take time to get to know what makes our kids special, which we appreciate so much. The kids love going to school, and we trust the teachers and staff to take good care of our babies while we're working. We can't say enough good things about the high level of care and attention they show our little ones.

They are only interested in money, my son in a short time of 2 months had 3 accidents of which only 1 was reported of the others I found out because my son told me. In fact, in one of those accidents my son was hit and some time later he vomited. Which is why we had to take him to the pediatrician. Because of all this, we asked to see the cameras, we wanted to know what had happened. and ohhh surprise... the camera system in this school is obsolete... in the They only have one camera in the courtyard that, in addition to not covering the entire space, doesn't look good... I honestly think they are cameras from the 80s (I'm not exaggerating)... after all this we decided to take our son out of this school because he didn't comply with the requirements. which was initially promised and also clearly was not a safe place for our son. And when we decided to talk to the school management, they never apologized and also told us They charged the penalty for not giving notice in time. We decided then to talk to the CEO of the school hoping to find a fair answer from him. And he was still in the Same position. They charged us for the established time... as I mentioned in the heading, the only thing they are interested in is the money. The food they give the children is ugly, unhealthy... I always sent the meals to my son. Snacks and lunches. And finally, I want you to know that it doesn't matter how old your child is if you pick him up after a certain time. You will find it in a small classroom with about 30 children of all ages. Crazy!!!! and they don't tell you that... you take it for granted because Yes

Primrose Copperfield has been our little guy's second home for the past 6 years. He has loved being there - he has made friends that he loves knowing he will see now that he only goes in the summers. The owner, director, and teachers have been awesome - we have never had a problem, they are kind and caring. Activities and field trips keep him busy and he looks forward to going!

The Primrose school of Copperfield has been the only school my son has attended. In the beginning, his dad and I were extremely worried with sending him anywhere as we did not know what to expect, how the teachers would treat our child, if he would be well cared for, etc. Our family has now been apart of the Primrose community for a little over a year and half and I can now confidently say that not only has my son's teachers been nothing short of amazing, but I always enjoyed the warm welcome from the office staff to the teachers just passing by in the hallways, but especially in the classroom. You all have exceeded our expectations and I am so thrilled to see the wonderful progress our son has made since being at your facility. Thank you for always welcoming him with open arms and allowing us to have peace knowing he is well taken care of while there.
